Governance
The IPA CARE Programme is implemented by a Consortium of four EU civil protection agencies and two research institutions.
The Programme also has an affiliated partner, Karolinska Institutet. The Consortium Partners have shared the responsibility for the work in different work packages between themselves (while the Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) has the role of programme coordinator.
