Team
The successful implementation of the IPA CARE Programme is ensured through experienced experts in the IPA CARE focus areas, led by a Team Leader and supported by programme managers and advisors.
Programme management
As coordinator of the IPA CARE Programme, the Swedish Civil Defence and Resilience Agency (MCF) is responsible for the programme management, which includes project managers and an administrator based in MCF offices. In addition, the Programme is supported by MCF in-house expertise in communication, gender and human rights, environment and climate change, monitoring and evaluation, IT, finances and human resources.
Programme implementation
The technical implementation of the Programme is led by a Team Leader, who is based in the region.
IPA CARE experts
The IPA CARE experts come from the Consortium Members. The experts work on long- and short-term contracts to support the partners and in close collaboration with national partner experts.
