Consultancy assignment – Invitation to Bid Local Coordinator in Serbia
The Swedish Civil Contingencies Agency (MSB) is looking for an individual to provide the services of a consultant in the role of Local Coordinator. The incumbent will be contracted on consultancy basis for the period of 12 months, from mid November 2025 to mid October 2026 for the EU funded IPA CARE Programme (exact dates to be determined). Applications for the assignment are open until November 4, 2025.
Profile
It is of utmost priority that the consultant understands, respects and acts in the spirit of the mandate and core values of the EU and MSB. The consultant must possess a high level of professional and personal maturity, especially in relation to the conflict sensitivity in the region. An ability to establish and maintain
effective working relationships with the IPA CARE Team Leader, Programme management, Partner organisations, experts as well as external partners is requested.
The Local Coordinator will be based in Serbia.
